Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management using multiple methodologies driving deliveries to completion in matrixed organizations.
- Experience delivering projects and programs within transformation initiatives.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and English fluently for this customer-facing role that requires interactions in Arabic and English with local stakeholders .
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base
- Experience in Cloud Security concepts and the implementation of those
- Experience in planning and delivering cloud solutions in public Cloud (Google Cloud Platform) or hybrid environments
- Experience in account management, client service, or management consulting including working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party teams to deliver successful cloud centric solutions
- Thrives in evolving and ambiguous environments

As a Cloud Program Manager (CPM), you will work with a wide range of stakeholders - Partners, GSIs, SI - and cross Google. For our largest engagements, you will work closely with, and support, the Delivery Executive who holds overall accountability for PS Delivery at that engagement.
In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day planning and governance, and for overseeing the successful delivery of outcomes in line with agreed strategic objectives across the engagement workstreams and/or programs that fall under your remit. You will drive high performance behaviors and best practice ways of working, advocate delivery and process excellence, and actively seek and implement continuous improvements throughout the program delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Provide effective oversight and coordination of GCP projects/workstreams and interdependencies within your program producing consistently high quality deliverables that meet agreed strategic objectives, on time and within budget.
- Provide day-to-day program management, defining governance and controls, planning the overall program, managing risks and issues, monitoring progress, proactively course correcting if needed, and seeking opportunities to accelerate deliveries and GCP adoption.
- Manage stakeholder communications (technical and business, internal and external), providing transparency across the program, visibility of progress against desired outcomes, and timely updates ensuring ‘no surprises’.
- Lead cross-functional, distributed program Delivery team(s), driving high performance behaviors; breaking down large, complex problems into manageable chunks; enabling delivery by creating clarity from ambiguity, structuring and sequencing delivery to maximize value and remaining open minded to pivot based on learning and/or changes.
