- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with local vendors and cross-function teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in silicon or semiconductor industry.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Understanding of inventory control principles, practices, and systems.
- Ability to work in a fluid environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage silicon inventory wafers, die, and consigned materials, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of transfers.
- Maintain the inventory accuracy, achieve 99.5% accuracy by reconciling supplier data with internal records using SAP.
- Collaborate with partners and work with foundry and Outsourced Assembly and Test (OSAT) partners to align inventory control processes and reporting.
- Develop and implement procedures to reduce inventory errors, losses, and ensure timely material receipts.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, manage aging stock, and generate reports to monitor inventory flow and identify improvement areas.
