Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience in data management, data integration, or data domain, system integration, distributed databases, and SQL pipelines.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience implementing and integrating third-party applications within Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, etc.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

Responsibilities
- Help conceive and deliver solutions to meet the data and analytics needs of Googlers. Drive high impact projects to deliver data management and analytical solutions for our partners across Google.
- Influence the Connected Data strategy for enabling consistent, secured data assets based on canonical entity schema to support richer, higher level insights.
- Ensure integrity of data under the purview of the projects, including establishing security procedures to protect and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and data security.
- Partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve internal business processes.
- Maintain highest levels of development practices including: technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, writing clean, modular and self-sustaining code.
