Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in sales or business development.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Sales experience in the internet advertising industry.
- Ability to be proactive, organized, responsible, and work well with a team.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions over the telephone or direct to high-end prospects.

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
In this role, you will be focused on new client acquisition for both Mid and Large customers. You will collaborate with Account Management teams to devise strategies to acquire specific segments of the market, educate prospective and current clients on the opportunities within their business sector. You will pitch comprehensive advertising solutions to high-end prospects. You will focus on growing Google's customers' businesses by increasing search, display, video, and mobile via Google Ads.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with clients and partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- Build knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
