Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
  • Experience managing business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or goal settings.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
  • Experience leveraging investigative skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to solve issues, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
  • Experience tailoring and delivering reporting and presentations by the audience, asking tactical questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
  • Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

In this role, you will acts as trusted advisors, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way. You will be responsible for defining, landing and executing on our key priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. You will be responsible for helping with planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans and managing the business activities. You will provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive partnerships, and execute new initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through scalable and actionable problem-solving insights to increase productivity.
  • Be a trusted advisor to the organization and the leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem-solving complex and ambiguous business issues and supporting organization priorities.
  • Run and improve operations by launching new programs, target setting, streamlining processes, automating tasks, identifying opportunities across the business, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver operations and achieve key milestones.
