Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience developing software applications using the C++ programming language, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, templates, and the Standard Template Library (STL).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in a Machine Learning (ML) using Large Language Models.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.

Responsibilities
- Improve the performance of Place Search retrieval and ranking flow to improve latency and capacity. This involves identifying potential goals for improvement, along with experimenting and launching efficiency improvements with minimal quality impact.
- Develop a new latency Place search and engage with clients to understand and deliver on their needs.
