Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a business related field.
- Experience with managing digital advertising campaigns with experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, DSPs, digital video, programmatic media, and Google platforms (DV360).
- Experience with DV360 platform account management including campaign strategy, planning, set up, optimization, troubleshooting/escalation.
- Experience with account management driving advanced usage of DV360 features and solutions.
- Knowledge of CTV/Video ecosystem.

As a Programmatic Lead you will be responsible for maintaining campaign performance as well as driving video and display growth across Display and Video 360 (DV360) and YouTube.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain relationships with clients and agency teams to understand their core business objectives and identify opportunities and deliver solutions that leverage programmatic media tools.
- Partner with LCS and other cross-areas to develop joint plans and strategies that drive display and video investments and also grow media consolidation strategy.
- Build and maintain knowledge of DV360 and the programmatic landscape, and serve as thought leader to clients around evolving advertising landscape and programmatic opportunities.
- Own platform training, media planning, and execution of Display, YouTube, CTV campaigns, and more.
- Provide account analysis to ensure that advertisers are exceeding goals.
