Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of work experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience in business, computer science, economics, marketing or relevant areas.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple engaging priorities.
  • Experience collaborating and influence with cross-functional teams located around the globe in different timezones.
  • Experience with extensive Google Ads Solution (Search, Display ads).
  • Experience collaborating and communicating with diverse clients at all levels.
  • Experience in digital marketing Google ads solution.
  • Understanding of data analysis and problem solving.

About the job

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for students and industry professionals with disabilities and vocation that support applicants with a certificate issued by the government. Participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. gReach Associates will be placed in teams across the business such as Device and Services, Software, Advertising Sales, User Support, Market HR, and Google Cloud.

gReach Associates will have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further develop professional skills. Associates will learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions.
In this role, you will provide Google client service, research and market analysis. You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. You will set the goal and strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
This role is exclusively for People with Disabilities.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product adoption by influencing and equipping customers, sales teams, and sales leaders with cross-functional team members. Co-define and execute product adoption goals with Sales teams/partners.
  • Lead pitches on ads product solutions, and partner with Sales teams on shifting the customer mindset to adopt the products and meet best practices.
  • Identify gaps in products and build business cases based on advertiser needs. Synthesize multiple viewpoints and communicate the customer perspective for the product features and solutions necessary to drive long-term success of advertisers.
  • Escalate any issues the customers face with products, processes, or tools.
  • Manage the translation of the apps business plan into quarterly actions like named account list, scalable initiatives, training, etc. Consult with clients and Sales teams to identify needs and develop initiatives to drive product adoption metrics.
