Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in information security and engineering.
- 3 years of experience with on-premise Active Directory, enterprise architecture or cloud architecture with at least one of the primary cloud platforms (GCP).
- 3 years of experience with disaster recovery architecture and backup technology.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications in Cloud Platforms.
- Experience with disaster recovery and backup architectures.
- Experience with writing technical reports and presenting deliverables.
- Ability to communicate remediation recommendations and strategies to technical staff, executive leadership, legal counsel, and internal and external clients.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.

Security Consultants have an understanding of computer science, operating system functionality and networking, cloud platform architecture, corporate enterprise architecture, and how to apply this knowledge to cyber-security threats. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients effectively prepare for, proactively mitigate, and respond to cyber-security threats. You will assist clients navigate, remediate, and recover from incidents, perform proactive security assessments, and be the technical advocate for information security requirements and best practices. You will articulate and present concepts to business stakeholders, executive leadership, and technical teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$193,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Conduct enterprise architecture, and cloud platform assessments, in collaboration with internal incident response, offensive security, cyber-security program assessment teams and customer teams, to support incident response investigations and security assessment engagements.
- Build scripts, tools, or methodologies to enhance Mandiant's on-premise Active Directory or Cloud assessment processes that can be applied to current and future engagements.
- Develop and present comprehensive and accurate reports, training, and presentations for technical and executive audiences.
- Work with clients security and IT operations teams to implement remediation plans in response to incidents.
