Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in growth marketing.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in digital advertising, video content and using Generative AI, tools (e.g., Gemini, GPT 3/4, Midjourney) for business use cases.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using data analytics to identify user insights, opportunities and testing
- Experience working in one or more of the following fields such as growth, product, brand, social or partner marketing or research.
- Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
- Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related analytical experience.
About the job
As a Product Marketing Manager on the Global Ads Marketing team, you will lead YouTube Ads and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to drive Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) engagement, conversions and business growth. You will collaborate across functions to execute campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube and Social Media. You will leverage problem-solving, strategic and project management skills to deliver impactful user experiences and scalable marketing outcomes.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Build strategy for SMB video advertising to unlock growth for Ads.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and creative working with the channel and program teams for global rollout, partnering with regional and local marketing teams.
- Collaborate with Finance and strategy and operations (S&O) teams on budgets and forecasting paid media plans.
- Develop business strategy and product roadmap using customer research, technology and business objectives.
- Manage data and performance reporting analysis to measure impact and refine strategy.
