Minimum qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience with leveraging ML/AI to build consumer or ads products.
- Experience with end-to-end ML systems spanning data, modeling, evaluation, and serving.
- Experience in analyzing data sets and making decisions based on data.
- Experience working in a technical environment with a cross-functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (e.g., design, data science, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in an entrepreneurial environment and scaling products from the ground-up.
- Experience building and improving ranking or recommender product quality.

As a Director of Product Management for Communication and Time Management Intelligence (CTMI), you will help lead the strategy towards the next evolution of how people can collaborate together as we become an AI-first productivity platform.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally owning product development, from ideation through launch, working across the product area with other Product Managers and Engineering executives to transform CTM and Workspace with AI capabilities. Through your leadership, you'll leverage your technical expertise to identify opportunities across the product area with a keen focus on product evolution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities, increase early stage generative AI product quality, and build innovative end user products.
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle including new feature definition, data collection, fine-tuning, evaluation, quality iteration, and release.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and other internal Google teams to drive product and delivery success.
- Foster and facilitate timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams.
- Mentor and develop AI Product Management talent.
