Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience in the networking, data center, or telecommunications industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in growing talent, including supporting individual career development and position succession planning on all levels in the team.
- Experience motivating teams and individuals to change as the business environment changes along with excellent planning skills and the ability to translate business objectives into initiatives.
- Ability to lead and inspire geographically dispersed teams, build relationships, and influence stakeholders.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Lead delivery projects including network design, material planning, equipment installation, and turn up of equipment.
- Develop and execute a direction for the North America East Intra Metro team, aligning with overall company goals and objectives.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve the project delivery. Advocate a culture of risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various internal organizations, establish performance metrics and provide regular feedback to drive individual and team performance.
- Identify, mentor, and develop program managers and engineers, preparing them for future roles within the organization or with peer organizations in Google.
