Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative brief through launch.
  • Experience working on campaigns and projects with multiple senior/executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience managing the design and creative development of a digital, e-commerce retail platform.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with web standards, design principles, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Ability to balance working in a creative organization with a scalable and disciplined approach.
  • Ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence across all facets of a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated growth working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, tech work environment.

About the job

Our marketing campaign projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As part of the Global Marketing team, you plan requirements with internal customers and/or external agencies and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

As part of the Google Store Site Program Management and Production team, you will lead and manage requirements with internal stakeholders and external agencies to usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Our marketing projects, like our users, span the globe and your job is to keep all of the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines while keeping the big picture, budget, and business goals in focus.

As a Google Store Producer, you'll be a key player on the Google Store Marketing team, driving our consumer and product marketing efforts. Your focus will be on executing Go-To-Market (GTM)-led strategic initiatives that create impactful experiences on the Google Store site.

You'll join a dynamic team within the larger retail marketing organization, collaborating with creative directors, GTM product marketers, strategists, cross-channel producers, product specialists, and brand managers. Our mission is to fundamentally change how people shop for Google products.

Google Store focuses on building relationships with customers and providing the best experiences with our devices and services. Google Store offers first-party retail experiences with our products, both online and at our physical retail stores in New York City, Mountain View and Boston.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$206,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to plan projects, define milestones, and manage risks to help projects meet business objectives, budgets, deadlines, and product requirements.
  • Guide teams through strategy alignment, briefing, design development, and execution across channels by managing tasks and coordinating work across teams.
  • Work closely with internal creative teams and agency partners to produce exceptional creative and interactive designs, with a focus on quality and brand integrity. This involves coordinating creative efforts and engaging in effective creative agency management.
  • Prioritize workload while advocating for continuous improvements, process alignment, and change adoption. Focus on process refinement, improving and rolling out processes for efficient project delivery.
