About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As part of the Google Cloud Infrastructure Product Marketing team, you will be leading the charge for key aspects of go-to-market strategy for the networking and compute business, which includes a large family of instance types and innovation. You’ll synthesize complex product capabilities and customer narratives into succinct benefits, and leverage data to understand what works and what needs optimization. You’ll play a leadership role in launching new products and features during flagship events and you’ll often act with creativity and resourcefulness - not letting constraints hold you back.

In this role, you’ll also take a leadership role in building a strong cross cloud narrative incorporating key customer pain points, identifying the cost of that pain and then showcasing how Google Cloud is positioned to help our customers with cross cloud solutions/products. You will require the development of strong working relationships and interactions with customers, Engineering teams, and other product and marketing groups across Google.
