Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in partner business development, technical and sales enablement roles within the technology industry.
- Experience enabling partners through training, joint go-to-market initiatives, and business support.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing and growing technology partnership relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
- Experience interfacing with, and being a trusted partner for, C-level executives in partner companies.
- Experience in recruiting, building and scaling technology partnerships.
- Experience in developing and executing partner business plans to achieve regional business and growth goals.
- Understanding of financial principles, including partner economics, business plans and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
About the job
As a Corporate Segment Development Manager, you will drive the expansion of our corporate business segment. This role focuses on evergreen customers and requires a technology-driven individual who can build technical, value-added strategies. You will be responsible for developing engaged differentiation and value engineering propositions, as well as supporting regional teams in positioning Google Cloud solutions. Additionally, you will support Chief Experience Officer (CXO) -level initiatives to recruit and build new partnerships that scale our corporate segment business.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Build technical, value-added strategies that create engaged advantages and resonate with long-term "evergreen" customers.
- Lead CXO-level initiatives to recruit and build new partnerships that scale our corporate segment globally.
- Create value engineering propositions and support regional teams to effectively position Google Cloud solutions.
- Support the development and execution of partner business plans, in collaboration with the regional partner teams, to achieve regional business and growth goals.
- Recruit and onboard new partners that serve the corporate segment with current and emerging partnerships.
