What You Will Do:

The Business Analyst offers functional and in-depth analysis in support of project scope and objectives. Utilizes problem solving and analytical skills to support current processes and assist in the creation of process improvements. Provides on-going quality checks on work in progress in conjunction with the engagement manager to help avoid costly or disruptive errors. Leads projects from start to finish and demonstrates an ownership mentality with objectives and overcoming challenges. Develops a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements and applies industry best practices/detailed digital platform knowledge to design an optimal solution that supports the business process, meeting or exceeding the functional requirements.

The Business Analyst works hand-in-hand with customer stakeholders to define business processes and requirements, as well as supports the development team to translate the vision of the customer's requirements and help with configuration of the solution. Participates in the planning and execution of testing efforts.

The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management, as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the area of technical competency, business development, client service and people development

What You Will Need:

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Entry level business analyst experience

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to develop strong team and client relationships

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)

  • Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mind-set


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • DHS, TSA, or aviation industry experience

  • Active DHS badge

  • TSA system engineering lifecycle (SELC) experience

  • TSA testing and evaluation experience
