- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, including full stack product/platform development, application integration, and automation.
- Contribute to the development of reusable components, common structures, and shared services to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Support senior engineers in architectural reviews, technical decision-making, and solution implementation.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, scripts, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Contribute to the development, operation, and maintenance of applications and their components, including small applications (microsites).
- Assist in technical triaging and troubleshooting for complex issues, and engage in rapid problem management when needed.
- Participate in learning sessions, training programs, and knowledge-sharing activities to continuously improve technical skills and team capabilities.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, commitment, and a collaborative approach to tasks.
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Exhibit leadership mindset, and a willingness to support and mentor peers.
- BE/BTech/MCA in IT/CS or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, SQL, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks like React, Angular, Blazor, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker.
- Basic knowledge of database management systems such as MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and business process analysis.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices concepts, and DevOps practices.
- Basic understanding of security best practices in software development.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and basic data analysis skills.
- Excellent technical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, even in academic or extracurricular settings.
- Positive attitude, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work collaboratively, support others, and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Curiosity and eagerness to stay updated with the latest technology trends.
- Internship or project experience in software development, DevOps, cloud, or related fields.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of identity and access management solutions.
- Interest or coursework in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
- Active participation in technical forums (e.g., Stack Overflow) or GitHub contributions.
- Exposure to UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with mobile app development (Android/iOS/Flutter/React Native) is a plus.
- Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience working with orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills; experience in hackathons, coding challenges, or open-source contributions is a plus.
- Any certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google, Scrum) are an added advantage.
- Build, design, develop, and implement platform/product/solution/applications, including data analytics and automation projects.
- Contribute to the development of common structures, reusable components, and shared services.
- Provide input to identify and prioritize process automation opportunities.
- Ensure security, operability, consistency, and accountability of solutions across the enterprise.
