What You Will Do:
We are seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Lead for a major government IT platform development program. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Enterprise Logging Platform team and system owners/stakeholders. This role focuses on driving outreach and engagement, ensuring clear communication, and fostering collaboration to support data onboarding to the logging platform. This lead will be closely integrated with the rest of the platform development team and will be expected to collaborate daily with teammates.
The Stakeholder Engagement Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the outreach engagement plan and keeping stakeholders engaged and on schedule. They will be expected to offer assessments for outreach prioritization and provide recommendations on how to improve the engagement strategy and process. They will advise on customer experience and strategy.
They will manage the relationship and integration process for each IT system’s business owner, provide effective two-way communication, manage expectations and timelines, and translate business requirements and needs to the program team.
This is a high-visibility, demanding project. The project team is highly collaborative, agile, and fast-paced.
Identify, map, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business units, IT, and security teams to align platform capabilities with organizational needs.
Develop and execute outreach plans, including newsletters, webinars, and targeted updates, to keep stakeholders informed about platform enhancements, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate educational sessions, documentation, and onboarding materials to ensure stakeholders understand platform functionality and governance standards.
Work closely with engineering, product management, and governance teams to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable deliverables.
Track onboarding metrics, providing regular reports to leadership on outreach progress and effectiveness .
Develop presentations, briefings, and just-in-time trainings to internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to internal communications data calls for leadership briefings and reports. Complete questionnaires, after action reports, and success stories templates on mission successes for internal and external communications.
What You Will Do
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree
FIVE (5) or more years of experience in consulting, IT project management, project/program management.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with Smartsheet for work coordination
Experience working on, coordinating, and communicating on cross- functional teams.
Ability to communicate complex technical problems to a non-technical audience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
