  • Proactively identify delivery risks and issues, escalating appropriately with recommended mitigation strategies.

Product Management & Agile Leadership

  • Own backlog management, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Operate as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Reinforce agile best practices while aligning with PMO-defined governance and delivery processes.
  • Enable high-performing, cross-functional teams by removing blockers and maintaining delivery momentum.

Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a day-to-day client lead, building trust with healthcare stakeholders through clear communication and delivery reliability.
  • Facilitate requirements sessions, prioritization discussions, and solution reviews with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Translate complex health, policy, regulatory, and operational requirements into practical, implementable solutions.
  • Balance client expectations, regulatory constraints, and technical feasibility to support effective decision-making.

Data, Analytics & AI Enablement

  • Partner with data engineers, developers, and analytics teams to support development of AI- and data-driven health solutions.
  • Conduct data, operational, and market analysis to inform product direction and improvement opportunities.
  • Define and track product, delivery, and outcome-based metrics to demonstrate value.
  • Support responsible data and AI practices, including considerations for privacy, governance, and compliance in healthcare environments.

Firm Contribution & Team Development

  • Contribute to internal practice initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support proposal development, solution shaping, and client growth activities as needed.
  • Coach and support junior team members through informal mentorship and delivery leadership.
  • Demonstrate Guidehouse values through collaboration, accountability, and commitment to quality.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience in product management, program management, business analysis, or related roles.

  • Experience defining, prioritizing, and delivering data‑driven product capabilities leveraging modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks
  • Demonstrated success working in agile delivery environments, including backlog management and sprint execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging both technical teams and client stakeholders.
  • Experience defining and tracking delivery, product, or operational metrics.
  • Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models).

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience in healthcare consulting, public health, federal health, or health IT programs.
  • Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, data visualization, or healthcare data platforms.
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Product Management credentials.
