What You Will Do:
In this role, you will support a federal client operating at the enterprise level to shape practical integration approaches, information flows, and solution patterns that enable reliable analytics, reporting, and emerging advanced data use cases. You will focus on mission-oriented approaches to guide solutions rather than writing production code, helping teams design approaches that are feasible, scalable, and aligned with enterprise and mission constraints.
You will play a key role in unsticking complex, cross-team challenges. In many cases, the technical solution exists, but progress stalls due to unclear ownership, competing priorities, or difficulty translating tradeoffs. In this role, you will use your client mission knowledge to help move work forward by framing options, clarifying implications, and facilitating alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will partner closely with product, data governance, architecture, and delivery leads to ensure decisions support Master Data Management, data quality, and long-term sustainability. You will provide early insight into feasibility, sequencing, and risk, enabling better planning and reducing rework. This is a senior, solutions-oriented role that influences outcomes through technical credibility, mission knowledge, communication, and collaboration rather than direct ownership of delivery teams.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
EIGHT (8) years experience contributing to large-scale projects that strengthen data-driven decision-making and improve the quality and reliability of information, designing and managing information flows to ensure accurate insights for critical business needs, advising on programs that enhance information integrity and consistency across the organization, ensuring trusted information for strategic decisions, and/or guiding clients through tech transformations, from planning to implementation, with a focus on delivering solutions that align with mission objectives.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience producing solution or technical design artifacts (e.g., integration diagrams, option analyses, sequencing plans, feasibility assessments)
Skilled in creating clear, actionable plans and designs that guide complex solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Proven ability to explain risks, tradeoffs, and implementation considerations in ways that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experienced working in large, regulated environments, including federal and public-sector contexts
Acted as a trusted liaison between technical teams and mission stakeholders to keep efforts focused on outcomes
Comfortable leading discussions to resolve unclear roles, competing priorities, or stalled decisions
Supported initiatives that leverage data for insights, reporting, and emerging technologies
Familiar with processes that promote responsible data use and consistency across organizations
Contributed to efforts that modernize or connect legacy systems to meet current needs
Strong collaborator with a track record of influencing decisions without formal authority.
Advanced degree in a related field
Experience supporting multiple enterprise initiatives that connected systems and enabled seamless information sharing to advance organizational goals
