What You Will Do:
The AF Sub-Account Senior Acquisition Advisor responsibilities may include:
Design and shape growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and influencing long-range positioning across DoW, Air Force, and federal modernization portfolios.
Serve as solution strategist, leveraging deep technical expertise to shape winning proposals, build differentiated solutions, and align capabilities with evolving client mission needs.
Develop and communicate enterprise-level strategic roadmaps for acquisition transformation, digital engineering, sustainment, and AI adoption to drive new business and expand existing client engagements.
Cultivate and strengthen senior-level relationships across AFRL, AFSC, AFLCMC, PEOs, Program Offices, and other DoW organizations (i.e., SAF/CDAO, DTO, etc.) to support early-stage opportunity shaping and long-term account growth.
Provide delivery oversight and executive-level program guidance, ensuring solutions are aligned to the strategic vision and executed with engineering rigor and disciplined program management.
Transition from strategy to action by directly supporting tactical planning and execution for current and new engagements, modernization initiatives, and complex engineering programs.
Maintain awareness of DoW- and DAF-level initiatives and act as a thought leader in AI, MBSE/Digital Engineering, and DoD acquisition reform, guiding internal teams and client leadership on emerging technologies, responsible AI, and engineering transformation.
Serve as a senior advisor on enterprise AI initiatives (e.g., GenAI, AcqBot, and similar programs) and major engineering modernization efforts.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Master’s Degree in any engineering discipline
TWENTY FIVE (25) years of experience in Acquisition, Aerospace Engineering and Artificial Intelligence/Digital Transformation
Proven experience developing or shaping business strategy, capture support, or technology-driven growth initiatives in the federal or DoD sector.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Prior leadership in enterprise AI programs or AI modernization efforts (e.g., NIPRGPT, GenAI strategy, automation initiatives).

Expertise in:
AI / GenAI implementation and governance
MBSE / Digital Engineering environments
LCMC operations, mission sets, and program office structures
AFSC sustainment, engineering, or depot modernization
DoD Acquisition Reform, including DOW frameworks and transformation priorities
Experience shaping, influencing, or leading federal capture efforts, early opportunity qualification, or solution architecture.
Proven ability to engage senior leaders, articulate value propositions, and translate technical capability into measurable mission outcomes.
Established network across Air Force, DoD, and federal innovation communities.
