What You Will Do:
The Systems Engineering Management (SEM) Lead will drive systems engineering execution across multiple threads, ensuring technical rigor, process compliance, and alignment with the federal national security agency's mission objectives and long‑term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage systems engineering teams (requirements, risk, schedule)
Oversee engineering review boards (ERBs) and technical documentation
Coordinate end‑to‑end systems engineering across components and threads
Align engineering activities with program roadmaps and strategic vision
Serve as interface between systems engineering and program management
Drive continuous process improvement and engineering best practices
Communicate technical status, risks, and recommendations to leadership
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree
SIX (6) or more years' experience leading systems engineering teams in complex environments, including an in-depth knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle and integration
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Ability to operate across technical, operational, and leadership levels
Acquisition lifecycle knowledge
Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience
Familiarity with JIRA and agile delivery models
