What You Will Do:

The Systems Engineer - Thread Architect will serve as a senior technical and strategic advisor to the Government Thread Lead, ensuring solution epics align to mission priorities, architectural standards, and long‑range vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align solution epics with thread strategy and long‑term mission vision

• Sequence and integrate work across timelines and threads

• Manage cross‑thread dependencies and resolve conflicts

• Provide architectural guidance and strategic trade‑off recommendations

• Communicate risks, priorities, and alignment issues to leadership

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph

• Bachelor’s Degree

• FOUR (4) or more years' experience with systems engineering and architectural background, including coordinating large, multi‑threaded technical initiatives

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Excellent organizational and executive communication skills

• Familiarity with JIRA and solution epic constructs

• Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience

The annual salary range for this position is $100,100.00-$150,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
