What You Will Do
Drive Account Growth & Origination
Own growth across a focused set of healthcare accounts, with accountability for pipeline development, opportunity origination, and capture execution.
Proactively identify, originate, qualify, and progress new opportunities, with an emphasis on net‑new growth.
Lead capture efforts end‑to‑end, serving as the quarterback from qualification through close, aligning internal teams and partners around a clear position‑to‑win strategy.
Client Relationship & Executive Engagement
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior executive buyers across provider organizations.
Open new doors and expand relationships beyond incumbent service lines, scaling accounts from single‑service engagements to integrated, multi‑service portfolios.
Serve as a trusted advisor by anchoring conversations in client problems and strategic priorities.
Selling Motion & Solution Positioning
Lead with client problems, framing opportunities around:
Margin improvement
Revenue leakage
Technology‑enabled transformation
Provider strategy and operations
Position advisory, technology and managed services capabilities as integrated enablers.
Collaborate with internal solution teams to shape differentiated, outcomes‑driven offerings aligned to client priorities.
Market Intelligence & Capture Strategy
Monitor provider market trends, budget priorities, and transformation agendas to inform growth strategy.
Drive position‑to‑win activities, including competitive analysis, teaming strategies, pricing approach, and procurement capture.
Provide actionable market and account insights to leadership and delivery teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
This role is eligible to participate in Guidehouse's Sales Incentive Plan.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)
10+ years Healthcare Provider and/or Payer experience, with a strong focus on sales, business development, or capture roles
Strong ability to hold C‑suite conversations, originate opportunities, and lead complex pursuits
Demonstrated success working across advisory, implementation, technology‑enabled solutions, and managed services
Proven success opening new business in white space
Experience scaling accounts from point solutions to multi‑service portfolios
Strong origination and capture leadership
What Would Be Nice to Have
Graduate-level education (Master’s or Doctorate).
Deep understanding of healthcare operations, buying behaviors, and transformation demand
Prior experience selling consulting services in environments that emphasize scalability, repeatability, and operational rigor.
