IT Business Analyst – HCM Portfolio
As an IT Business Analyst within the HCM Portfolio, you will support the delivery of enterprise technology solutions by translating operational needs into clear, actionable functional requirements. You will be embedded within technical delivery teams throughout the solution lifecycle, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are well-defined, aligned to business objectives, and delivered effectively.
In this role, you will work across a range of initiatives at varying levels of maturity, whether that’s helping shape requirements from initial concepts or refining and operationalizing existing inputs into delivery-ready requirements. You will serve as a key bridge between operational stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment as solutions evolve. You will also support the HCM Portfolio Lead by helping maintain visibility into work in flight, dependencies, and roadmap considerations across the portfolio.
