What You Will Do:
Our ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HR practices and a strong track record in leading people and organizational effectiveness.
- Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and build trusted, effective relationships across all organizational levels.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on human resource management and organizational transformation for the segment.
- Lead key talent initiatives, including retention, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Assess capability development needs across teams and individuals, and evaluate learning initiatives in partnership with business and learning stakeholders.
- Bring relevant experience in compensation and rewards to support effective talent decisions.
- Strengthen employee relations through effective grievance resolution, sound policy guidance, and meaningful engagement initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, sensitivity, and effectiveness.
- Leverage HR trends and metrics to generate insights and inform business decisions.
- Develop dashboards and insights to support leadership discussions and informed decision-making.
- Partner closely with senior leaders and employees to strengthen workplace relationships, build morale, and improve productivity and retention.
- Design and execute forward-looking HR programs and strategies that support business priorities.
- Anticipate segment priorities and challenges, respond proactively, collaborate across functions, and remain current on industry trends and best practices.
What You Will Need:
- A graduate or postgraduate qualification in business or human resources is preferred.
- 10–12 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with strong expertise in performance management and employee relations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and mentoring teams.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Excellent people leadership capabilities, supported by 2–3 years of team management experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working in Excel.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and sustain high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities coupled with exceptional influencing skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and industry-leading practices.
