What You Will Do:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional services environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities while serving as a key liaison with internal teams and external clients.
The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing role, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless executive support and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities will include:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and client-focused experience
Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings, briefings, and presentations
Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones and priorities
Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
Track action items and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Support logistics for meetings, events, and client engagements, including on-site coordination as needed
Exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance executive support and team efficiency
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
High School diploma or equivalent
FOUR (4) years or more of experience supporting senior executives in an administrative capacity
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Washington, DC
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Familiarity with executive-level stakeholder management
Experience supporting multiple executives or teams simultaneously
Experience in consulting, government contracting, or a similarly fast-paced environment
Proven experience in a client-facing or client-support role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Concur)
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
