What You’ll Do
35% Strategic Planning
Lead the development and presentation of strong programmatic media plans
Responsible for vendor communication in support of media plan build out
Build campaign media plans with a clear understanding of target business objectives
35% Activation Management
Build, QA, and optimize campaigns across multiple DSPs. Familiarity with The Trade Desk, DV360, and Yahoo DSP preferred.
Responsible for identifying and recommending potential strategic pivots and optimizations, lead stakeholder collaborations
Maintain relationships with external partners (vendors, DSPs, etc.)
20% Learning and Development
Work closely with Supervisor to build and grow leadership skills (I.e. delegation, task management)
Continue to finetune programmatic strategy and optimization concepts, technology and tasks; maintain a steep and steady learning curve toward subject-matter expertise
Continue advancing and developing your knowledge of planning tools, processes and systems
10% Mentorship
Contribute to junior team member(s) development (train Assistant Planners and Planners, onboard new Senior Planners)
Provide constructive feedback and education on best practices, programmatic media principals and industry at large
Contribute to performance management, work closely with Supervisor to identify goals and opportunities for junior team member’s career development
Participate in interview process for Assistant/Planner roles

Preferred Skills & Experience
2+ years previous vendor planning experience
Solid understanding of programmatic planning
Understanding of media math and advertising terminology
Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to discuss how those functions can or should be applied relative to the media planning process
Curious about advanced data processing and analytics
Proficiency in functions of DSPs
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations

Salary Range
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
