What You’ll Do
85% - Media Reconciliation
10% - Departmental Meetings
(CFS Teams and Account Teams)
5% - Status Reporting

  • Work closely with Digital Investment team to confirm vendor invoices are based on actual delivery
  • Monitoring Invoice Processing workflow
  • Work with Invoice processing team to ensure invoices are loaded and cleared in the billing

system in a timely manner, when necessary engage publishers as well

  • Frequent follow-up with billers and planners/buyers for status of outstanding items/working with them

to arrive at resolution with the sites

  • Providing updates/status to various department heads by pulling and maintaining an updated

spreadsheet of outstanding items

  • Remaining focused and goal-driven to ensure that reconciliations are completed in a reasonable

amount of time so clients are provided updates/credit notes within an acceptable time frame

  • Create strong working relationships within Horizon, both internally & externally, by establishing good rapport with peers and those within the Vendor Invoice Processing Team, Digital Billing Specialist and Digital Investment teams. Internal: Team Members within CFS, Management Leads within CFS, Vendor Invoice Processing Team, Digital Investment Teams, IT. External: Email communication, Vendor Inquiries
  • Work with IPS for timely invoice entry.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Minimum two years of experience in a Digital Reconciliation role
  • Experience working in quick, ever evolving environment
  • Media Billing experience
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, SBMS (Media Billing system) and Prisma

Salary Range

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00

A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
