Who You Are:
We are searching for a well-connected brand connector with a strong focus on sales to elevate our
agency's market presence and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will leverage their
extensive network to forge new partnerships, secure lucrative opportunities, and propel the agency
to new heights of success. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills,
and a track record of fostering valuable relationships in the industry.
What You’ll Do:
● Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and leverage existing relationships with key
stakeholders and industry leaders to drive business development initiatives. Identify
strategic partnership opportunities that align with the agency's growth objectives and foster
mutually beneficial collaborations.
● Client Engagement: Engage with high-profile clients and prospects to understand their
unique needs and objectives. Present compelling solutions that demonstrate the agency's
capabilities and value proposition, ultimately driving sales and fostering long-term
● Thought Leadership, Networking and Industry Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador for
the agency, representing our values and offerings at industry events, conferences, and
networking functions. Utilize your extensive network to identify potential leads, generate
referrals, and expand the agency's reach within the market.
● Sales Team Enablement: Provide guidance and support to the sales team, equipping them
with the tools, resources, and insights needed to effectively engage with clients and
prospects. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, empowering team
members to excel in their roles and drive revenue growth.
● Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and
implement strategic marketing plans that align with the agency's business objectives.
Leverage market insights and industry trends to inform decision-making and optimize sales
● Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to
assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives. Identify areas for improvement
and implement data-driven strategies to enhance sales efficiency and maximize revenue
● Brand Development and Positioning: Contribute to the development of the agency's brand
identity and positioning strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends and client
preferences. Drive brand awareness and differentiation through innovative marketing
campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
● Global Travel: Travel frequently to meet with clients, attend industry conferences, and
explore new markets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders worldwide.
What You’ve Done
● Demonstrable experience as a leader in the marketing industry
● Extensive network of industry contacts and relationships, particularly within the advertising,
marketing, and media sectors.
● Proven track record of success in driving sales and business development initiatives, with a
focus on high-value accounts and strategic partnerships.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
stakeholders at all levels.
● Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
● Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate
cross-functional teams.
● Proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
● Must be New York City Based
● 10+ years of experience in industry

Salary Range

$300,000.00 - $400,000.00

A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
