Who Are We

We are an entertainment obsessed, in-house innovation team whose purpose is to develop and execute inventive campaigns. Each campaign is seen as an opportunity to connect and deeply engage with audiences. We see beyond traditional tactics and understand how to marry rich insights, culture and trends into actionable creative campaigns that push boundaries across multiple touchpoints this may include media innovation, experiential, concept development, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Job Summary

Strategist, Creative Media & Innovations works across the Paramount Global portfolio of clients; harnessing their creative talent and skillset to assist the team in translating key business objectives into innovative creative media ideas. The Strategist will report directly to the Supervisor, Creative Media & Innovations. This role will be integrated into our client’s business and will be a true collaborator and partner to the business leads.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize creative and innovative thinking skills to aid in developing custom marketing concepts and event activation strategies for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams on cross-functional campaigns that include experiential, digital, print, social and/or other relevant touchpoints
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions
  • Assist in developing pitch decks, utilizing their knowledge of client’s business objectives, competitive landscape, and marketplace analysis to inform our overall recommendation
  • Enter and manage campaigns in billing system(s) for upcoming campaigns and is responsible for accuracy of plan details
  • Aid in the development of pre-production materials, timelines and assets.
  • Develop post campaign wrap reports highlighting campaign performance.
  • Maintains in house documents including cultural and partner calendars, vendor agreements, billing documents and client files
  • Foster meaningful relationships with clients, internal teams, media partners and vendors.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, news and competitive landscape

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Experience in a client relationship management role
  • Basic knowledge of the media landscape, event production and/or in a creative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter, demonstrates initiative
  • Passion for film and entertainment

Salary Range

$64,350.00 - $80,000.00

A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
