What You’ll Do

  • Development of Sales Strategy, Prospecting and Outreach
    • Cold and Warm Outreach Across Prop and IP Portfolio/ Prospecting Research/Target List Development
    • Support and Daily Communication/Strategizing with Sales Director and SVP of Sales
    • RFP response & submission assistance
    • Assist in ongoing management of relationships with HS&E Property and IP Partners
    • Work closely with marketing/creative/experiential/ property team on deck/ pitch development
    • Initial meeting prep – research brand ahead of 1st meeting and pulling together a brief/ executive summary of findings
    • Work with Internal HS&E Property teams on Evaluation/Media plan development
    • Development and Lead on building Property and IP Sales Decks
  • Execution and Client Management
    • Schedule and manage recurring status meetings with client/agencies
  • Coordinate meeting agenda development
  • Note-taking/recap notes
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams on execution and fulfillment
    • Spec doc development/ asset management
    • Creative support & requests
    • Management of broadcast assets & execution with HS&E Broadcast partners
    • Experiential Activation
      • Concept development & pitching
      • Budget coordination
      • Execution
    • In-venue asset management & execution – working closely with HS&E venue partners
    • Digital/ social
      • Social posting (working closely with HS&E Social and creative teams)
    • Hospitality
      • Ticket management internally and with brand partners
  • Develop regular touchpoints with client to ensure all assets and deliverables are pacing for delivery
  • Recap + Renewal development and support ie: Post-campaign evaluations Renewal Support

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of similar or related experience sales experience in media & sponsorship/corporate partnerships.
  • Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to detail
  • Detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task—must be able to juggle multiple projects
  • Must have strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong relationships with Clients and Sports Marketing Agencies
  • Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to develop strong working relationships with partners, teammates, and other stakeholders.
  • Capacity to meet challenging sales objectives in a high-profile, competitive marketplace.
  • Expertise in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and negotiating creative solutions.
  • Experience in building out innovative presentations in PowerPoint and/or other presentation development technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized, efficient, and calm under pressure
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Salary Range

$95,000.00 - $115,000.00

A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
