Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
40% Designing and managing analytics projects and conducing data analysis
40% Creating client facing communications (emails, decks, POVs, thought leadership updates, etc)
20% Partnering with internal teams, external partners, and our clients
Key Responsibilities
Execute, manage, and deliver best-in-class media effectiveness measurement to inform media buying
Create measurement frameworks to evaluate media campaigns, develop client learning agendas and test and learn plans tied business questions and key performance goals.
Design measurement approaches for single or cross-channel campaigns across a variety of KPIs (brand, engagement, and acquisition), working with internal and external partners to implement measurement, track progress in-flight, analyze or lead analysis of data, and create reporting of performance to client
Create analysis communications and present measurement and findings to internal stakeholders and clients on areas such as ad performance and consumer targeting.
Efficiently work with data and apply basic statistical methods to analyze campaign and test data
Conduct on-going thought leadership for campaign measurement, testing, and learning opportunities and craft POV’s for internal and external knowledge sharing
Keep up to date on emerging measurement methodologies and media measurement topics such as cookieless measurement and audience activation and attribution
Evaluate new and current measurement partners and identify new approaches to ensure our research is cutting edge
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
5-7 years of experience in marketing research, consumer insights, business consulting, or media or advertising research/analytics/ insight with some agency side experience preferred
Experience in brand, advertising, and media measurement with expertise in the measurement of media effectiveness, particularly digital reporting, digital brand lift surveying, brand health tracking, social measurement, advanced TV measurement, cross-channel media measurement (including MTA, MMM, closed-loop studies across) both agency proprietary analytic solutions and 3rd party vendors
Experience creating measurement plans, test and learn agendas, and media test design
Comprehensive understanding of media relevant metrics from audience delivery to acquisition and the basic statistics used in analysis
Advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables) and experience working with large data sets
Experience working with typical agency proprietary planning and analytic tools desirable
Understanding of how clients use and how agencies buy a broad range of offline and online advertising media channels
Advanced knowledge of the measurement vendor marketplace, core competencies of leading vendors, and the ability to evaluate new capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to communicate complex ideas internally
Comfort presenting internally and to clients
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong PowerPoint and deck-writing skills

Salary Range
$125,000.00 - $145,000.00A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
