As a Project Lead in the Augmented Coverage & Execution Team (ACE), you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of projects that impact internal software applications and businesses operations. This includes working closely with clients, stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure that the project meets the requirements, budget and timeline. The Project Lead will also manage the communication, risk, quality, and scope of projects, as well as resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise. This person will have high internal visibility as their projects impact how HL goes to market and supports revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the IT team.

• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience.

• Motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving problems.

• Ability to lead, motivate, delegate and mentor.

• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze problems and devise viable solutions.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with digital transformation and modern workplace desired.
