Houlihan Lokey’s Augmented Coverage & Execution (ACE) team, an innovative group that assists Bankers in revenue generation activities, is looking for a new leader of the Success Team. We are looking for a results-driven candidate to lead a growing team of success managers who support bankers around the world. You will be a critical member of the ACE leadership team and the key manager of the team responsible for delivering our platform to our bankers. In addition to managing the success team you will need to maintain senior relationships with our investment banking leadership around the world. You will report to the Head of ACE. This role is focused on internal relationships and creating systems driven team.


  • Primary liaison for bankers to the ACE team

  • Build and manage successful relationships with Bankers to assist in revenue generating activities

  • Provide insights to Bankers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform, setting our Bankers up to meet their objectives with the aim of helping grow our client base

  • Ensure strong product adoption across all partners and relevant stakeholders at all levels

  • Leverage the firm’s research and automation resources to identify potential opportunities across the firm’s lines of business

  • Collaborate with our analytics team to further refine insights and drive appropriate behavior

  • Work collaboratively with the ACE Leadership, Product and Technology teams to troubleshoot Banker issues and help influence our technical roadmap

  • Manage the Success team against adoption and efficiency metrics as well as improve our measurement and understanding of their performance against firm goals

  • Design systems, refine processes and improve operations to help the ACE team scale to cover the entire firm


  • 10+ years of experience in account management roles, preferably in the tech-enabled services or financial services industry

  • The ability to build relationships at all organizational levels

  • Excellent listening and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM and the ability to work with internal partners to drive forward projects

  • Knowledge of investment banking preferred
