Overview

Houlihan Lokey’s national priority account program for Corporate and Private Equity accounts (“CAPE”) is a client-focused practice with a high-performing team strategically aligned to the Financial Valuation and Advisory (“FVA”) practice. CAPE is focused on positioning a distinctive HL brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth.


The primary focus of the early internship position is to get exposure to different strategic efforts driving the CAPE program. The intern will support the program’s leadership and broader team to report performance at the account and program level, implement key tools and initiatives and help manage communication across all priority accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly reporting including reconciling revenue, backlog, pipeline, and projected revenue vs budget across all CAPE accounts.

  • Assist with monthly reporting of performance metrics including deal flow, portfolio activity and fee analysis.

  • Assist with research for account related industry, economic, regulatory, and market trends.

  • Assist with dashboarding and knowledge management tools needs.

  • Assist with tracking and current portfolio for CAPE accounts.

  • Assist with internal communications:

    • Composition and distribution of bi-annual CAPE Newsletter

    • Distribution of account newsfeeds (i.e., transaction announcements) to account teams

  • Assist with the assessment of target accounts including pulling reports from Salesforce, mapping relationships and key contributors, as defined by the program.

  • Assist with pitch/presentation materials and collateral including formatting and coordination of content from FVA marketing, FVA experts, CAPE account team.

  • Attend monthly team calls and assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties.

Compensation and Benefits

Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:

$36.00-$36.06
