Job Summary
Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Corporate Finance (“CF”) Group, focusing on hiring needs across the United States.
Recruiting coordinators are an essential part of our recruiting team, facilitating a positive, successful process for our candidates, recruiters, and bankers. This position is an ideal starting point for people looking for a career in recruiting, talent analytics, or a broader human capital role.
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for coordinating both campus and lateral hiring efforts. They work closely with the CF recruiting team on the day-to-day recruiting activities, which include, but are not limited to: interview scheduling, event planning, candidate management, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage new job postings across internal and external platforms
Monitor the applicant tracking system for new applications; review and share candidate applications with hiring managers
Support the planning and execution of on-campus and in-office recruiting events
Track and report all candidate information, ensuring data is accurately maintained
Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews, liaising directly with candidates and hiring managers
Facilitate candidate assessments and testing where required
Manage interview feedback effectively
Process candidate expenses and reimbursements
Assist with ad-hoc projects in recruiting, operations, and candidate experience
Basic Qualifications
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
Proven ability to successfully manage and prioritize time-sensitive tasks and projects
Good judgment when interacting with both external and internal contacts while performing job functions
Eagerness to define the role and develop new skills as specific responsibilities evolve over time
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience using Workday or other applicant tracking systems
Previous experience working for a financial or professional services organization
Prior experience working within a Human Resources or Recruiting function
Compensation and Benefits
Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:

$60,000.00-$80,000.00

Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
