The Houlihan Lokey Corporate Finance business has extensive expertise in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, activist shareholder and takeover defense, and other related advisory services for a broad range of clients. Scope & Responsibilities
The Technology team at Houlihan Lokey are looking to add a Graduate Financial Analyst in Paris.

Financial Analysts work on transactions that provide exposure to various investment banking services, including M&A, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts.
As a Graduate Financial Analyst, you will:
- Prepare, analyze and help explain historical and projected financial information
- Create financial models
- Coordinate and perform business due diligence
- Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations
- Conduct research on sectors, companies and potential buyers
- Value companies and businesses
- Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients and prospective clients and professional advisors
- Supervise and train junior staff members
- Assist in planning of engagements

Qualifications
The ideal candidate thinks strategically, is motivated, detail oriented, creative, outgoing, and possesses excellent quantitative skills. If you have the following qualifications & experience, we’d love to hear from you:
A strong academic track record from a highly regarded university – having completed your final university assessments in 2025 or 2026.
Minimum 6 months internship experience in M&A or another similar role, with experience/knowledge in Technology sector favourably regarded.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both English and French
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
An understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications.
Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills.
Proficient skill in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal skills.
