The Houlihan Lokey Corporate Finance business has extensive expertise in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, activist shareholder and takeover defense, and other related advisory services for a broad range of clients. In addition, we have the proven ability to engineer and execute financing solutions that are essential for growth and success and offer access to financing in the public and alternative capital markets through the issuance of debt, equity, or hybrid securities. Scope & Responsibilities

The Technology team at Houlihan Lokey are looking to add a Graduate Financial Analyst in Paris.

Financial Analysts work on transactions that provide exposure to various investment banking services, including M&A, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts.

As a Graduate Financial Analyst, you will:

• Prepare, analyze and help explain historical and projected financial information
• Create financial models
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence
• Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations
• Conduct research on sectors, companies and potential buyers
• Value companies and businesses
• Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients and prospective clients and professional advisors
• Supervise and train junior staff members
• Assist in planning of engagements

Qualifications

The ideal candidate thinks strategically, is motivated, detail oriented, creative, outgoing, and possesses excellent quantitative skills. If you have the following qualifications & experience, we’d love to hear from you:

• A strong academic track record from a highly regarded university – having completed your final university assessments in 2025 or 2026.

• Minimum 6 months internship experience in M&A or another similar role, with experience/knowledge in Technology sector favourably regarded.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both English and French

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• An understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications.

• Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills.

• Proficient skill in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
