Job Overview
Come join the Risk Operations in our Fintech Business Unit as a Learning and Development Facilitator.
Responsibilities
- Training conducted based on well-defined curriculum
- Classrooms set up properly (materials, technology, space)
- Daily program/course schedules for multiple day classes aligned with design plan or adjusted to meet audience needs
- Training compliance audits for outsourcers and vendors
- Audit reports and recommendations for compliance gaps and performance gaps
- Coaches/Supervisors/Managers trained to support trainees' transfer of learning from the classroom or technical based training (TBT) to the job
- Needs analyses input
- Delivery of train the trainer programs
- Program/course effectiveness feedback delivered to designers
- Workshops/courses delivery based on specific content and style required by the partner and/or customer
- Evaluation input regarding the effectiveness of trainers they are mentoring
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in risk management
- Proficient with G-Suite and other relevant software
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to deescalate customers and effectively handle difficult situations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet SLAs
- Strong work ethic with high integrity and ethics
- Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
- Strong understanding of customer service and customer empathy
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, accounting or related field a plus
- Delivers training programs, workshops and classes
- Manages the classroom through effective facilitation processes that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learnin
- Partners with Training managers to identify and close organizational performance gaps specific to supported areas
- Provides coaching, mentoring, and informal leadership to other trainers
- Teaches other trainers and non-trainers to deliver well-defined training programs. Mentors / coaches other individuals delivering workshops
- Partners with instructional designers during needs analyses to analyze new or redesigned workshops and provides input and feedback after course is delivered
- Works flexible hours to support delivery of workshops which exceed the typical workday
- Travels at least 25-50% of the time
