Job Overview
Come join the A2D (AI, Analytics, and Data) Product Team as a Principal Product Manager for AI Platform and Insights at Intuit. The AI Platform team provides AI development teams across Intuit the means to build, train, deploy, experiment and innovate with AI and Generative AI technologies. The Smart Product team is the centralized Data Scientist and ML Engineer organization building AI native capabilities in Intuit’s products - QuickBooks, MailChimp, Turbo Tax, and Credit Karma. In this role, you will be responsible for several core AI Platform capabilities such as LLM Fine-tuning, hosting, ML Pipelines, and feature store for AI and Generative AI development lifecycle. You will also be responsible for critical Smart Product capabilities such as Data Insights and Natural Language Query.

- Defi ne the vision, strategy, roadmap, objective, key results and success metrics for your products.
- Drive user research, collect feedback and understand user needs from, AI development teams, business units stakeholders, and Intuit customers.
- Derive requirements, analyze trade-offs, and prioritize areas of investments.
- Ensure product success from ideation, execution, to launch, ongoing support and improvements of the roadmap.
- Create and execute user education and onboarding programs to grow adoptions and further democratize AI across the company.
- Follow and assess industry trends and innovations, bringing advanced technologies to the Intuit AI where appropriate.

- Extensive experience working and innovating on large scale Developer Platform products supporting diverse applications.
- High degree of technical understanding to be able to closely collaborate with engineers, architects, data scientists, and ML engineers in both strategic and tactical discussions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences and work with cross-functional teams to drive real business impact.
- Proven track record of working effectively with engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, other product managers, executives, and external partners, with demonstrated leadership to inspire and infl uence beyond your immediate organization.
- Familiarity with AI/ML model development lifecycle. Familiarity with Intuit’s product offerings is a plus.
- 10+ years of product management or equivalent experience (e.g. Engineer or Data Scientist Manager) for technical platform products in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment.
