Job Overview
Come join Intuit’s QuickBooks Mid Market team as a Group Product Manager responsible for envisioning and delivering on Mid Market Segmentation, Verticalization and Sales Enablement. We are looking for an exceptional and seasoned product manager who can lead a cross functional team to define the strategy and execution for delivering on new verticalized and differentiated offerings for the Mid Market.
This Group Product Manager thrives on challenging the status quo, building innovative new offerings and services powered by data, and leading high performing cross functional teams with a strong mission-driven culture. You’ll work closely with a passionate team of developers, designers, data scientists, marketers, sales and customer success managers to build experiences that set our newest customers up for success.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross functional team aimed at improving the Verticalized experience and create differentiation to dramatically improve quality and customer delight within each industry.
- Lead the definition, evangelization and execution of a product strategy that supports the delivery of an awesome end to end, Verticalized Industry experience for the QuickBooks Mid Market.
- Leverage data to ruthlessly prioritize opportunities and focus on the most impactful problems needed by key verticals.
- Collaborate and manage communications with teams and leaders across the QuickBooks Online ecosystem in an effort to identify opportunities that develop greater synergy across our portfolio with regards to Segmentation, Sales Enablement & Verticalization.
- Work closely with Intuit’s technology, internal care, sales and marketing teams, reseller and accountant partners to ensure their requirements and voices are taken into consideration as key stakeholders in our customers' success.
- Approach your work with a global by design mindset to ensure we’re considering the needs of all future customers wherever they may be.
- Continuously demonstrate deep customer empathy and intellectual curiosity
Qualifications
- 7+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
- Preferably for a SaaS based financial management software company.
- A proven leader of direct reports and cross-functional teams at all levels of the business.
- Experience of projects where the focus was on industry specific verticalization and for a SaaS based company is desirable.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
- Strong project management skills and capable of breaking down a big vision into actionable, bite-size milestones
- Proven experience of developing and executing a product roadmap.
- Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $210,500 - $284,500, Colorado $173,000 - $234,500, Bay Area California $217,500 - 294,500, Southern California $202,500 - 274,500, Washington $182,500 - $246,000, Washington D.C. $173,000 - $234,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
