Come join our Enterprise Identity and Access Governance Team within Intuit’s Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk & Fraud Team (CyberCRAFT) as a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a focus on Front End Development
Responsibilities
- Drive design and implementation of durable and software solutions that will solve critical customer problems, are scalable, secure, easy to maintain, and interact with numerous other services/teams.
- Acting as the technical subject matter expert: Mentoring fellow engineers, demonstrating technical expertise, and leading a small team solving challenging programming and design problems
- Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams including: product management, QA/QE, various product lines, and/or business units to drive forward results
- Gaining an understanding of our Current State and drive towards adoption of the target state architecture by executing on the strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams including: product management, QA/QE, various product lines, and/or business units to drive forward results
- Demonstrate a passion for developing well architected, elegant, web apps
- Roughly 90+% hands-on coding
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products or business applications
- Solid design and coding skills (ReactJS, JavaScript, Java, Python)
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Governance domain
- Strong knowledge of ReactJS, Spring, AWS and Kubernetes
- Experience designing and developing distributed scalable and highly reliable enterprise-wide applications in Cloud. Experience with AWS is preferred.
- Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient in front-end and back-end architecture & design
- Acting in a technical leadership capacity: Mentoring junior engineers, new team members, and applying technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems
- Able to operate at highly varying levels of abstraction from business strategy to product strategy to high level technical design to detailed technical design to implementation
- Synthesize achievable solutions from diverse inputs, alternative sources (build / buy / partner) and complex data
- Understands frontend platform and architecture to make technical decisions on security, performance, design and visual adherence. Ensures configurability of UI code for variation in requirements and experimentation. Drives team conversations around feature scoping, UI component and data model design.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $149,500 - 202,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
