Job Overview
As a Principal Product Manager at Intuit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our embedded fintech product strategy. You will refine and execute a multi-year vision that ensures our embedded fintech platform will deliver revenue, growth and value to our software brands such as Quickbooks, Mailchimp, TurboTax and Credit Karma.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive platform strategy for business to business transactions that aligns with Intuit's mission to empower customers with simple and effective financial solutions.
- Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle for platform solutions, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders to set ambitious goals, drive desired outcomes, and create meaningful impact for our customers and the business.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with external software providers, financial institutions, and others to enhance our embedded fintech capabilities..
Qualifications
- Experienced: You bring 8+ years of proven product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering impactful embedded fintech products that resonate with users.
- Domain expertise: You have a deep understanding of B2B products, such as Bill Pay, Spend Management, Card Issuing, or Payments.
- Execution-Focused: You excel in managing project timelines, quality, resources, and scope, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution to maximize impact.
- Technical: You possess a deep understanding of software led payments solutions, enabling you to effectively collaborate with technical teams and drive product development processes.
- Team-Oriented: You are skilled at mobilizing teams, fostering alignment, and executing collaboratively across various business areas in different time zones to achieve shared goals.
- Customer-Centric: You prioritize the customer experience, demonstrating empathy and a relentless drive to enhance their journey with our products.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $266500 - 307000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
