We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to head the Vendor & Bill Management section for our product, QuickBooks Online. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product direction for more than 7 million small businesses -- defining the roadmap and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Owning the overall product strategy for Vendor & Bill Management, forecasting trends, and staying ahead of market demands.
  2. Setting and communicating product goals and initiatives to all stakeholders while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize our product.
  3. Understanding customer needs and market trends thoroughly through thorough research, and translating them into feasible product features.
  4. Establishing and managing the roadmap for your product, defining the “why”, “what,” and “when” of what your team will build.
  5. Collaborating with engineers and other business stakeholders to create and design innovative solutions that meet market needs.
  6. Engaging closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution
  7. Continuously analyzing effectiveness through performance metrics and leveraging an iterative process to refine and fine-tune the product strategy.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. MBA or similar advanced qualification is a plus. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  2. 5+ years of product management experience in a technology or software
  3. Extensive experience in guiding products through the entire product lifecycle - from conception to launch.
  4. Proven ability to build, manage and influence direct and indirect relationships, and to lead cross-functional teams.
  5. In-depth experience with agile methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
  6. Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills, along with the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $177000 - 239500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
