Job Overview

If you’re passionate about building platforms at scale that help transform the lives of consumers, small businesses and accountants we would love to have you join our team as a Group Product Manager for the Intuit Data Exchange.

As a product leader on the team, you will be enabling the industry leading Intuit products like QuickBooks, TurboTax and Credit Karma deliver awesome customer experiences by acquiring, managing and sharing user’s financial data and documents.

We are looking for candidates who have strong product management experience in both services and user interfaces, with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the vision and strategy for the platform, provideproduct thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements,understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal user experience and successful business solutions
  • Work closely with Intuit design teams and with partners to developdelightful customer experiences to connect, acquire, present and manage user’s data and documents
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to design secure and scalablesolutions while ensuring a frictionless user experience
  • Lead a high performing team of Product Managers
  • Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizingrequirements, and communicating plan, progress and success
  • Drive the execution of the product plan, working closely with the product team across all functions. You are the product owner for these services
  • Drive project execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plansacross the different services and teams required for the solution
  • Work closely with the different Intuit business offering teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive to a common goal
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate vision and motivate people at every level; collaborative working style
  • Spend time with end-users to understand their pain points, gather insights onhow we can solve some of those big customer problems in a delightful way
  • Represent the team in presentations, meetings, customer and partner events internally and externally

Qualifications

  • 12-18 years of IT experience, with 8+ years in product management, designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management role
  • Experience with building and leading high performing teams

  • Track record in defining and delivering awesome products solving big customer needs
  • Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development - i.e. reading code, architecture and design discussions - with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams. AI/ML expertise/experience a plus
  • Demonstrated success in taking data driven approach and delivering impactful business result
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies being the product owner
  • Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver newinnovations and impactful products
  • Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer
  • Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing acrossorganizations
  • Good communication skills - in small teams and larger group presentationformats

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $217,500 -294,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
