Job Overview
Intuit Inc., maker of TurboTax, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp is searching for a Paid Social Manager to help build out custom landing pages, paid social campaigns and conversion rate optimization strategy.
The right candidate will have a demonstrated track record of driving impactful full funnel paid social campaigns that deliver strong ROI, create custom landing pages to increase conversion rate and optimize campaign performance with actionable insights to achieve business results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to analyze campaign data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities include the strategy, execution, performance and reporting of paid social campaigns as well as managing CRO strategy for custom social landing pages. This individual will partner internal teams and agencies to build out lead generation campaigns and custom landing pages to increase social conversion rate.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and a proven ability to collaborate, and communicate effectively, with cross-functional teams of internal stakeholders while managing agency partners and program resources. The ideal candidate will have the ability to excel in an extremely fast paced and start-up like environment and is a self-starter who can quickly jump in and be a key part of a high-performing communications team.
This role is an individual contributor and reports to Principal Communications Manager within the Consumer Group and is a part of the Intuit Global Communications organization.
Responsibilities
- Create, execute and optimize communications paid social campaigns across channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snap and X
- Drive full funnel paid social campaigns driving engagement, traffic, lead generation and conversions
- Measure and optimize social media ad campaigns for lead generation, with a focus on ROI and conversion rates
- Build and lead the execution of CRO strategy to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Plan, prioritize, and manage A/B tests, conversion lift studies, incrementality tests and other experimentation initiatives to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with the audience team to leverage 1st and 3rd party data for targeting and insights
- Develop and execute paid social test plans to drive incremental wins
- Develop and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, and recommendations for program optimizations
- Support the management of outside agencies and program resources to effectively execute projects
- Collaborate and effectively partner with cross-functional teams to drive success of shared goals
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in marketing, communications, digital media or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered
- 5-7 years’ experience in an agency or corporate environment, consumer or tech preferred; working directly in paid social and lead generation experience
- Proven experience in social media advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads manager, Snap Ads manager, etc
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong ability to turn data points and analytics into actionable insights to optimize campaign performance, and to summarize key information for senior leaders
- Passion for all things social media and analytics. You must have experience and fluency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and an early adopter of emerging platforms
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and successfully, prioritize effectively, and navigate high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to formulate an informed POV and clearly articulate it to key stakeholders
- Proactive self-starting approach and hunger to learn
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders
- Tableau experience a plus
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $155,500 - 210,000, Southern California $142,000 - 192,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
