Job Overview
Come join the Fintech Technical Strategy and Planning team as a Staff Business Operations Manager. This role includes working with and supporting the management and leadership teams across Partner organizations and will need strategic thinking and exceptional data analytics skills. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and business acumen, ability to pay attention to details, can drive process improvements, strong collaborator / team player and comfortably operate in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and Track Strategic Org KPIs: Establish, track, and report on critical Key
- Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure organizational success and drive alignment between the product, technology, and business functions.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and improve organizational workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, speed, and adaptability in delivering key programs and initiatives
- Support Organizational Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives by aligning teams and resources, and helping to prepare the organization for new strategies, processes, or technologies
- Scale and operationalize Strategic Initiatives: Translate high-level strategic objectives and develop the tools needed to visualize data and pull the most important business insights so that stakeholders can make data-backed decisions quickly
- Lead strategy projects / work streams and new initiatives end-to-end, with limited guidance, from initial hypotheses to recommendation to operationalization
- Lead and roll-out org-wide change management with finesse by understanding the customer problem and providing solutions that address the root cause
- Communicate business insights and recommendations based on data and understanding of Intuit and Fintech strategy
- Strategic partner to the Fintech Risk organization leadership team
- Manage and lead change with data driven insights; driving clarity and speed through data
Qualifications
- Experience working in Technology organization with strong business analytics and data visualization skills
- Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity; adapt to and manage change quickly
- Thrive in a culture of ownership, delivery, and innovation.
- Ability to traverse both vertically and horizontally in a large organization
- Excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills to execute and deliver business and technical outcomes successfully
- Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
- Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator - regardless of organizational structure or hierarchy
- Ability to handle a rapidly changing environment
- Professional, team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Business analytics and data visualization experience a plus
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $160000-216,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
