Job Overview
Intuit SMB MediaLabs is a first-of-its-kind B2B media network focused solely on small businesses. SMB MediaLabs is powered by the unmatched 1st party business data of Intuit. By leveraging Intuit’s 1st party data, B2B marketers now have the ability to put campaigns in the market with not only extreme accuracy but also extreme efficiency. SMB MediaLabs is not a new tactic or channel but, instead, an evolved data layer that can take the performance and accuracy of B2B efforts to a whole new level.
The Intuit media team, SMB MediaLabs, is searching for an Senior Marketing Manager and you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the team and across internal and external partners. Ensuring tools are in place for tracking and reporting, maintaining, and enhancing our end-to-end operational processes and events. Your analytical abilities help shape the business's growth and will drive multi-year and cross-functional initiatives supporting MediaLabs input goals and program maturity, from requirements to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and events and a deep understanding of program management methodologies and best practices.
Responsibilities
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT BUSINESS PARTNER 2 (10%)
- Plan and manage the MediaLabs VP’s calendar and travel arrangements for domestic and international flights
- Department budget administration support, including purchase order creation and expense reports
- Maintain organizational charts and email distribution lists
- Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks
MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER (50%)
- Connect Strategy to Execution: Connects external trends and business strategies with our priorities to steer teams focusing on the most impactful work.
- Execute with Rigor: Applies the appropriate program management and business operations methodologies, tools, and skills to develop a detailed work plan, instill an environment of rigor and drive end-to-end execution.
- Enable Scale and Velocity: Drives continuous improvement by leveraging best practices, developing repeatable frameworks and building capabilities in others.
- Lead Change: Builds strong trust-based teams, develops thoughtful change strategy and exhibits extreme ownership to effectively lead, coach and influence a cross-functional team.
- Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a very high standard.
- Supporting the Sr. Marketing Manager - Ads Operations in executing their vision, strategy, and goals by identifying opportunities to operationalize and prioritize SMB MediaLabs initiatives.
- Leverage your expertise to recommend and thought partner on approaches, solutions, and other improvements between internal teams and agency partners
- Prioritize, assign, and oversee the daily tasks and activities across project teams to accelerate the delivery of the most strategic work
- Use problem-solving skills, business acumen, and strong project management abilities to develop and execute project plans, including defining scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Help develop and implement processes and procedures that enhance organizational effectiveness and improve collaboration across functions.

MARKETING EVENTS MANAGEMENT (40%)

- Compelling Communication: Creates clear, engaging narratives that captivate audiences and uses data-driven storytelling to drive stakeholder alignment.
- Insightful Analysis and Experimentation: Makes data-driven decisions, transforms insights into strategies, and rapidly tests hypotheses to uncover valuable opportunities.
- Drive innovative events end to end (e2e) on a global scale
- Managing external engagements and projects, organizing key events and meetings.
- Foster a planning environment that enables rich co-creation and iteration on great ideas for best possible outcomes
- Lead collaborative project teams to create and drive inspired e2e experiences including concept, vision, comms, web, registration, main stage and breakout programming, visual design, event tech, video content, and related logistics.
- Develop and manage work back plan and cross-functional timelines, detailed project plans, and workstream requirements; act as the source of truth for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop, drive, and manage e2e logistics including budgeting and financial management, venue, agency, calendaring/scheduling, contracts, vendors, deliverables tracking, delighters and food & beverage.
- Develop and foster stakeholder trust by initiating and nurturing partnerships and delivering consistent subject matter expertise
- Optimize the event infrastructure by designing and strengthening operational, analytical, and financial processes.
- Demonstrate measurable business impact based on the goals outlined for each experience. Use postevent analytics and data to inform recommendations for future events
- Oversee the communication strategy across all events to ensure an optimal end-to-end journey that is repeatable and documented in playbooks for scalability.
- Work with the key stakeholders to define and agree on targets to meet or exceed goals through rapid iteration of both tried and true strategies as well as innovative new approaches.
- Develop and implement test and learn strategies including A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies to continuously improve event communication, optimize engagement and drive attendance
- Optimize event communication strategies to maximize lead acquisition and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Work closely with the sales team lead to ensure seamless handoff of leads and track the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
- Implement targeted communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized event experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, with a focus on multi-year, cross-functional projects.
- Minimum of 10 years working at the Executive administrative level
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in E2E event project management expertise
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in customer-facing business.
- Proficient in using Smartsheet, Google Suite, and AirTable to manage projects and reporting
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience with interacting and working with senior management and executives on a regular basis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Strong outcomes focus with track record of pushing beyond what is accepted as possible
- Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, and cross-functional dependencies
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $935000-126500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
