To do this, we are looking for a world class Staff Product Manager to support defining and executing on our money movement, payments and capital strategy across our International markets. Our mission is to Power Prosperity- managing money is a key component and as such our aim is to ensure the experience of getting paid, paying bills and having access to capital as being as seamless, personal and ubiquitous as possible.
As a Staff Product Manager for International Payments, you will be responsible for the payments product strategy definition and execution across International markets - APAC, EMEA, LATAM and Canada, shaping the best in class end to end customer experience in money movement and in doing so, impacting the business growth and engagement. You will bring bold thinking, a deep passion for solving customer problems, an exceptional ability to accelerate velocity, and drive industry leading FinTech innovation.
Intuit’s Payments and Capital approach will support all users on our platform across Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Advanced, MailChimp and more as well as explore new “front doors” as products.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the International Payments strategy and product roadmap, in alignment with our International businesses and FinTech product strategies and in collaboration with global teams.
- Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes through direct build delivery and Partnerships with core product teams.
- Align roadmaps to make sure there are seamless end-to-end experiences for our customers and partners.
- Deeply understand the customer with follow-me-home research, usability studies, in app experiments, talking to customers across key International regions and turning global customer and market insights into actionable business and product requirements.
- Drive product development with cross-functional and cross-platform teams to deliver high-impact experiences quickly.
- Demonstrate technical depth in SaaS and payments software principles and organization; i.e. able to speak to the approach for implementing cross-product solutions, strong communication skills with engineering and architecture teams.
- Leverage data to ruthlessly prioritize opportunities to focus on the most impactful problems across the International Payments.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, including leading groups to make informed decisions even in the absence of perfect data.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and delivering world-class technology products in a Product Management role, preferably for a SaaS based payments, e-commerce, Fintech domain.
- Experience of working with platform teams to define, build, maintain and launch highly-scalable, mission-critical systems that support payment acceptance, funding, pricing, billing engine, money movement across rails like ACH, Visa, Mastercard, Wire, ETF as well as digital wallets such as Google and Apple Pay etc.
- Comfortable and experienced working as part of a team that is geographically dispersed around the world.
- Proven experience in delivering successful end to end customer-driven products with best in class experience across web and mobile software, on-time and on-budget.
- Experience of leading or contributing towards the planning and execution of a successful product roadmap.
- Demonstrated experience of applying analytical thinking to inform prioritisation.
- Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve; capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones, with a strong focus on execution and delivery of results.
- Exhibits excellent judgment; has relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo); Is able to dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business or the technology.
- Collaborates with stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones. Anticipates bottlenecks, provides escalation management, anticipates and makes tradeoffs.
- Able to flex between strategy and execution seamlessly, and is energized by a dynamic and fast-moving work environment; strong sense of ownership and thought leadership.
- Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
