Job Overview
The Campaign Operations team is seeking a seasoned Marketo Master with extensive knowledge and expertise in the platform. This expert will serve as the primary Marketo champion, responsible for providing advanced training, ongoing support, and best practice guidance to ensure that all team members quickly gain proficiency and maximally leverage Marketo's features during and after the migration from Eloqua to Marketo. Key responsibilities include designing and executing complex B2B marketing campaigns, managing lead generation and scoring processes, and overseeing the integration of Marketo with other CRM systems.
Responsibilities
As an individual contributor reporting to the Campaign Operations Group Manager, this role will lead the migration of complex B2B marketing campaigns from Eloqua to Marketo, ensuring a smooth transition. The Marketo expert will collaborate closely with over 20 implementation managers, advising them on best practices and the specific nuances of building and maintaining effective campaigns in Marketo.
The ideal candidate will possess superior project management skills, a keen attention to detail, and an ability to foster collaboration across teams, ultimately driving the successful adoption and optimization of the new technology within the organization.
Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to work from Intuit's office 3 days a week in the following locations: Mountain View.
Qualifications
Proficiency with Adobe Marketo:
- Deep understanding and 7+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo, including b2b campaign creation, lead scoring, email marketing, and analytics
Marketing Automation:
- Expertise in creating and managing complex marketing automation workflows to drive engagement and conversions
Lead Management:
- Strong skills in designing and optimizing lead generation, nurturing, and scoring processes
CRM Integration:
- Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
Adobe Analytics:
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or other analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance
Email Marketing:
- Proficiency in email marketing best practices, including deliverability, A/B testing, and personalization
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and create comprehensive reports on campaign performance
Segmentation and Targeting:
- Ability to develop and implement detailed segmentation strategies for effective targeting of different audience segments
HTML/CSS:
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating and troubleshooting email templates and landing pages
Project Management:
- Strong project management skills to oversee campaigns from planning to execution
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external vendors
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, data engineers, analysts, content creators, sales teams, and other stakeholders
Problem-Solving:
- Strong problem-solving capabilities to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize marketing processes
Attention to Detail:
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all marketing operations
Privacy and Compliance:
- Knowledge of global privacy regulations (eg, GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices to ensure compliance in marketing activities
Adaptability:
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and industry trends
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $155,000 - 209,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
